Support Hero

I’m looking for someone who can help me doing support for my plugin: SNIP – Structured Data Plugin for WordPress.

Prerequisites are:

  • A very good written English.
  • Deep understanding of structured data.
  • Passion to help people.
  • Possibility to respond within 12 hours at the latest.

My standards are high. The plugin currently has a rating of 4.6 out of 5 stars on CodeCanyon, which is not least due to the good support. The time required is usually between 15 and 20 hours per month.

Not absolutely necessary but advantageous:

  • You run a WordPress site yourself.
  • You already have SNIP installed and use it yourself.
  • You are familiar with service desk software (we use Jira Service Desk).

React Developer

I’m looking for a REACT developer who can help me working on: SNIP – Structured Data Plugin for WordPress.

Prerequisites are:

  • Good communication skills in written English or German.
  • Understanding of structured data.
  • Good developing skills in ReactJS/Javascript.
  • Understanding on how to create React apps inside the WordPress dashboard.
  • Knowledge about the use of Git.

Not absolutely necessary but advantageous:

  • Knowledge in PHP/WordPress.

The time required is usually between 20 and 25 hours per month.
