Spring fever causes rising sales?

In this article I would like to talk a bit about numbers. Because I haven’t done that yet. My plan is to double the traffic to the sales page within the next 6 months. Two months are almost over.

As a reminder, the articles in the “Plugin Journey” category come about because I read the book Traffic Secrets by Russell Brunson. In there, he described that it would be a good idea to share your own journey with your own product with your readership and your own customers.

But let’s get right to the heart of the subject:

Website traffic

Website Traffic October 2020 to February 2021

In comparison, the numbers from a year ago:

Website Traffic October 2019 to February 2020

I’m not sharing absolute numbers, but you can certainly see that traffic dropped significantly more in December 2020. For whatever reason. Because of covid-19? I don’t know. It’s just a guess.

Sales at CodeCanyon

It becomes clearer if you overlay the absolute sales figures from CodeCanyon.

As you can see, I had a much stronger growth in 2019 although the user numbers stayed the same, while the trend goes down at the end of 2020.

The numbers in February 2021 are much better than the previous months of November, December and January. Nevertheless, still not at the level before. Nevertheless, the trend in visitor numbers is going up a bit. However, there is still no talk of doubling. But at least it’s great that the trend is going up. That makes me very happy!

What’s next?

Nothing new. As before: two days of coding, two days of traffic building according to Brunson. Maybe I’ll do it differently next week: 4 days of setup wizard. Because I finally want to finish it! This week, unfortunately, there were a few persistent bugs that I still have to get to the bottom of. Time-wise, I’m a little behind because of that.
