If you no longer want to use SNIP and/or want to delete all data that has been created, follow the instructions below:
Version < 2.14.0
If you’re using a plugin version lower than 2.14.0 all you need to do is the following:
- Login to your WordPress Dashboard.
- Go to “Plugins”.
- Scroll through the list of plugins until you found SNIP.
- Click the “Deactivate” link.
- The plugin page will reload and you will see that it has been deactivated.
- Scroll again through the list of plugins until you found SNIP.
- Click the “Delete” link.
- This will execute the uninstall routine and will delete all data, including the plugin itself.
Version >= 2.14.0
If you’re using a plugin version greater or equal 2.14.0, please do the following:
- Login to your WordPress Dashboard.
- Go to “Plugins”.
- Scroll through the list of plugins until you found SNIP.
- Make sure it’s activated. If it’s already activated, go to step 7.
- The plugin page will reload and you’ll see a message that SNIP has been activated.
- Scroll again through the list of plugins until you found SNIP.
- Click the “Uninstall” link and follow the instructions on your screen.
- After the uninstall process has finished, you’ll be redirected to the inactive plugin list.
- Optional: If you want to delete all plugin files as well, do the following:
- Scroll again through the list of plugins until you found SNIP
- Click the “Delete” link.
