Version 2.5 is another great update to the SNIP – Rich Snippets WordPress plugin. Here is what I’ve added in the latest version:
- It is now possible to deactivate a license right within the support page of the plugin. So if you to use the license on another domain just de-activate it on the old domain and you’re ready to go! Wohoo!
- If you’re a freak (like me) who wants to get the most out of their website, and if you have a lot of snippets on your page, you can now move the snippet code to the footer. This is important for websites that care about the above-the-fold content.
- WooCommerce users can now add product attributes to their snippets.
- And – Abracadabra – all snippets are now available on AMP page. So if you’re using the official AMP for WordPress Plugin, you do not need to configure anything. Everything is set-up automatically for you! Plus: It’s also working with version 1.0 (which is currently in a beta phase).
Sounds great! Great!
As always: Please keep me informed about your struggles and about the things you want see in the next versions!
