I just wanted to let everyone know that the release of version 2.3.0 has just been re-scheduled to February 12 as I need some more time for testing. Unfortunately I told some customers that the version will be read till the end of last week but that doesn’t work. Can the plugin be updated automatically?
Yes, but only with version 5.5 of WordPress and above. It brings all the necessary functions that are needed to update the plugin automatically over time.
Before WordPress 5.5 the plugin-update can be triggered from the “Update” menu in your WordPress dashboard.
